Using this advanced data imaging tool’s on the fly hashing capabilities, the acquired data can be guaranteed to be an exact replica of the suspect’s data without modification, re-arrangement or corruption. The suspect’s acquired data can be transferred using the unit’s direct drive to drive interface or using the unit’s external Firewire/USB interface to acquire data from a suspect’s unopened computer. The IM Solo-3 Forensic duplicator supports IDE, SATA and SCSI hard disk drives, including ATA solid state devices. The unit’s advanced touch screen user-interface provides ease of use. IM Solo-3 Forensic can capture data to two hard drives simultaneously without a speed reduction. Capture from SCSI to SCSI drives with the additional purchase of the FAST SCSI option

Note: It's highly recommended to use the Hard Drive Shield and Coolers with the Solo 3 IT. This accessory will protect the hard drive from EMI noise while you clone hard drives and will reduce heat build-up of the hard drives.
